CREWLY is a local party game designed for in-person group play. The App operates entirely OFFLINE — no internet connection is required to play. We do not transmit, store, or process any data on external servers.

2. WE DO NOT COLLECT PERSONAL DATA

CREWLY does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data whatsoever. This means we have no access to:
Names
Email addresses
Phone numbers
Geographic location (GPS)
Photos or personal media
Contacts
Biometric data
IP addresses or device identifiers
Financial or payment information
All information entered in the App (player names, selected avatars, custom words) is stored exclusively on your device and is not accessible by us or any third party.

3. FULLY OFFLINE OPERATION

CREWLY does not require an internet connection to function. The game works in:
Airplane mode
Areas without cellular or Wi-Fi signal
Any environment without network access
The only internet connection used is for optional purchases through the App Store (Premium feature), which is managed exclusively by Apple.

4. LOCALLY STORED DATA

The App stores the following data on your device solely for gameplay purposes:
Your selected language preference
Sound and haptic feedback preferences
Custom words you have added
This data is not synced, transmitted, or accessible from outside your device. You may delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or via Settings > General > iPhone Storage > CREWLY.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

CREWLY is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.
The App does not contain:
Violent or graphic content
Offensive language
Mature or suggestive themes
Any ability to communicate with strangers
Advertising or in-app purchases targeted at children
Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of exposure of minors' data. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable child safety regulations.
Users under 13 may not use the App. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used the App, please contact us at crewly.game@gmail.com.

If you choose to purchase an optional Premium subscription:
The transaction is processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store
We do not have access to your payment information

You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

CREWLY does not integrate any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. The only third-party service involved is Apple's App Store for processing Premium subscription payments.

If we update this policy, we will notify you through an App Store update and by changing the date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
