By downloading or using CREWLY, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. APP DESCRIPTION

════════════════════════════════

CREWLY is a local social deduction party game designed for in-person group entertainment. The App provides:

• Local gameplay for 3 or more players on a single device

• Predefined word categories available in 30 languages

• Custom word categories created by users

• Session score tracking

• Fully offline operation — no internet required

The App is available for iOS devices running iOS 16.0 or later.

3. AGE REQUIREMENTS

════════════════════════════════

CREWLY requires users to be at least 13 years of age. By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The App does not contain objectionable content, violence, mature themes, or any form of online interaction with strangers. Users under 13 may not use the App. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child under 13 has used the App, they should contact us at crewly.game@gmail.com.

4. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION (Optional)

4.1 Available Plans:

• Weekly: auto-renews every 7 days

• Annual: auto-renews every 12 months

4.2 Payment and Renewal:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• Manage or cancel your subscription: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

4.3 Free Trial:

• Your first subscription includes a 3-day free trial

• No charge is applied during the trial period

• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged

4.4 Refund Policy:

• Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com

• We do not process refunds directly

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

By using CREWLY, you agree not to use the App for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activity

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of other players

• Any activity that could negatively affect other users or third parties

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All elements of the App (design, source code, graphics, sounds, word categories) are the property of CREWLY and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent

• Custom words you add to the game remain your property

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

CREWLY is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will operate uninterrupted or error-free

• The App will be compatible with all iOS devices

• Premium features will remain available in the event of changes by Apple

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

8. CHANGES TO THE APP

We reserve the right to:

• Add or remove features from the App

• Modify available categories and words

• Update the design and user interface

• Change subscription pricing (with prior notice)

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified through an update to the date on this page and via an App Store update. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
