🎮 PLAYING CREWLY

How do I play Crewly?

Gather at least 3 players.

Pass the device around so each player secretly receives a word.

One player is the Impostor and does not receive the secret word.

Discuss the topic without revealing the word, then vote for the player you believe is the Impostor.

If the Impostor survives the vote, they win.

If the group correctly identifies the Impostor, everyone else wins.


How many players are required?

Crewly requires a minimum of 3 players.

There is no maximum player limit.

Premium unlocks unlimited players.


Can I create my own words?

Yes.

Open Custom Categories inside the App and create your own word lists.

Free users can add up to 3 custom words.

Premium users can create unlimited custom words.


Does Crewly work offline?

Core gameplay works offline after the App has been downloaded.

Pricing may vary depending on your country or region.

Current pricing is always displayed in the App Store before purchase.


Is there a free trial?

Yes.

Eligible subscriptions include a 3-day free trial.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically begins and your Apple Account will be charged.


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple Account subscription settings.

To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.


How do I restore my purchase?

Open Crewly.

Tap Premium.

Tap Restore Purchases.

You must be signed in using the same Apple Account that was used for the original purchase.


Can I request a refund?

Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple.

⚙️ TROUBLESHOOTING

The App crashes or freezes

Try the following:

If the issue continues, contact us and include:


Premium isn't unlocking

Tap Restore Purchases inside the Premium screen.

If Premium still isn't activated, contact us and include your Apple purchase receipt.


Categories are stuck on "Loading..."

Connect your device to the internet once so Apple can retrieve the available in-app purchases.

Afterwards, the game's core functionality continues to work offline.


I can't hear sound effects

Make sure:


I lost my game data

Crewly stores all gameplay data locally on your device.

If the App has been deleted or your device has been reset, local data may no longer be recoverable.

If you believe something unexpected happened, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
