🎮 PLAYING THE GAME
How do I play Crewly?
Gather 3+ friends. Pass the phone around. Each player sees a secret word — except one impostor who sees nothing. Discuss the word in your own way, then vote who you think the impostor is. The impostor wins if they survive, you win if you catch them.
How many players do I need?
Minimum 3, no maximum. The more chaos, the better. Premium unlocks unlimited players.
Can I add my own words?
Yes! Go to "Custom Categories" in the app and add your own words. Free users can add up to 3 custom words. Premium = unlimited.
Does Crewly work offline?
100% offline. No internet needed. Works in airplane mode, basements, cabins — anywhere.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Crewly → Cancel.
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Crewly → tap the Premium button → tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us. Submit your request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

⚙️ TECHNICAL ISSUES
How do I report a bug?
Send an email with:
A description of the issue
Steps to reproduce
Your device model and OS version
Screenshots (if you have them)
The app crashes or freezes
Force-close the app and reopen it
Restart your iPhone
Make sure iOS is updated to 16.0 or later
If it persists, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version
I lost my progress / data. What can I do?
Tell us what happened and, if possible, attach a screenshot of your account settings and/or the screen where the issue appears. We'll check what we can recover.
Premium isn't activating after purchase
Tap "Restore Purchases" inside the paywall. If that doesn't help, contact us with your Apple ID order receipt.
I can't hear sound effects
Check that your phone isn't on silent mode. Inside Crewly, go to Settings → make sure Sound is enabled.
Categories aren't loading / showing "Loading..."
Open the app once with internet connection so Apple can fetch the products list. Afterwards it works offline.

How do I request data deletion?
Since the app does not collect or store personal data and everything stays on your local device, there is no server-side data for us to delete. To remove your data, simply uninstall the app (or clear the app's storage in your device settings).
